Why they choose Marcos: It's about continuity

The people who are doing so can be characterized as intelligent, religious, and morally upright. Their main problem is that if we look into the preferences of the electorate, 6/10 are voting for BBM if elections were held today. The people whom the promise of EDSA failed are voting for continuity more than they are voting for a Marcos. At the start of the campaign, pundits pointed to the marriage between North and South, which was consummated in the BBM-Sara tandem. This consolidation is a force to reckon with because of the immense popularity of the President who enjoys a high trust rating two months before he vows from office. BBM carries the baggage of his father but why has he maintained his lead by a wide margin?
